Royal Victoria Yacht Club will be hosting a BC Sailing/Sail Canada Club Race Officer Seminar on March 2 & 3 from 8:30 to 4:30. The instructors will be Paul Ulibarri (International Race Officer) and John Abel (Senior National Race Officer). The cost will be $50 per person and will include instructional materials plus coffee, snacks and lunch each day. Certify or recertify as a race officer or if you just want to understand the ins and outs of race management, this seminar is for you.
