The first 2 BC Circuit regattas have been complete, the Kitten Cup in Vancouver & Spring Dinghy Champs in Victoria. The Kitten Cup saw no wind on Saturday, with a decent westerly and good racing on Sunday. Spring Dinghy had great breeze on Saturday followed by some light air racing for Sunday.
