The Helly Hansen BC Sailing Circuit is in full swing, with Kitten Cup and Spring Dinghies both completed. This weekend, dinghy sailors from across the province will be in Kelowna for the annual Springtime Regatta at COSA. The NOR is on the COSA website at http://cosa.bc.ca/.
