Congradulations to Mike Turner and John Abel for who were appointed by ISAF to the top level of Race Officals. Mike acheived the International Jury status (IJ) and John acheived the International Race Officer status (IRO). John joins the 2 other IRO's from BC, Paul Ulibarri and John Culter. John and Mike are now qualified to act as Race Officer and Jury at any level of event including the Olympics.
